No. BrowserFiles reads and merges the PDFs you choose inside your browser. File bytes are not sent to a BrowserFiles server.

Yes. Reorder documents by dragging them or with the move buttons, choose pages with ranges such as 1-3, 5 or by selecting page previews, and rotate individual pages.
Password-protected, fillable and digitally signed PDFs are refused, because a merge cannot keep their protection, fields or signatures working. Damaged or empty files are refused too, each with a named reason.
Links to other pages and to websites are kept. Existing bookmarks are not carried over, but you can add one bookmark per document named after its file. Scripts and launch actions inside pages are removed from the result.
Yes. The optional separator is a blank page the same size as the page before it, which helps when printing double-sided.
Yes, after this page and its PDF tools have been cached on a first visit. The page shows Offline ready only once that setup completes.
